01Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and BG Innovations LLC ("BG Innovations", "we", "us"). By using this website, creating an account or buying a guide, you agree to these Terms, our , and . If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
02Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you're authorized to accept these Terms for it.
03Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or are used for fraud.
04Digital guides and your license
Our guides are digital products (PDF files). When you buy a guide, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read, download and print it for your own use or for internal use within your own company. Ownership of the guide stays with BG Innovations.
You may not:
- Share, resell, sublicense, publish or give away the guide or your download access
- Post the guide on a website, shared drive, intranet open to people outside your company, or file-sharing service
- Remove copyright notices or watermarks
- Copy substantial parts of the guide into your own products, training courses or publications

05Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. Applicable sales tax is added where required. We may cancel an order if a price was clearly listed in error, and if so we'll refund that order in full.
06Delivery
Guides are delivered digitally. Once payment is confirmed, the guide is added to your account library and a receipt is emailed to you. You can read or download it from your library at any time while your account is open.
07Refunds
Because guides are delivered immediately and can't be returned, all sales of digital products are final. The limited exceptions are explained in our .
08Consultations and consulting services
The free 15-minute call is an introductory conversation. It doesn't create a consulting engagement or a professional relationship, and any comments made during it are general in nature. Paid consulting work is governed by the written quote, proposal or agreement for that project, which takes priority over these Terms where they differ. Please don't share confidential information until we've agreed how it will be protected.
09Our content
All content on this site, including text, guides, graphics, animations, logos and the "BG Innovations" name, belongs to BG Innovations or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to our public pages, but you may not copy or reuse our content without written permission. Other company names and logos mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.
10Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to access accounts or areas you aren't authorized to use, interfering with the site's security or operation, sending spam or harmful code through our forms or chat, scraping content in bulk, or using the site for anything unlawful.
11Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free. See our for more.
12Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, BG Innovations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, production or tooling costs, arising from your use of the site or its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or a guide is limited to the amount you paid us for that guide.
13Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless BG Innovations from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) that arise from your misuse of the site or a guide, or your breach of these Terms.
14Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Taylor County, Kentucky, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the update. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it.
